The community is intended for networking, host/sharing original indie music videos and MP3s, and discovering the newest talent. You can also embed your videos/mp3s/photos into your MySpace profile, Friendster, Blogger and more! It's free, it's fun and sharing your music will most definitely attract new fans.
Jamphetamines.com is owned & opereated by American Digicom, Chicago. We are a small, two-man, operation who have been creating and managing small websites for the past several years. Although, this is our first music-related website, we believe this is the website we have been waiting for, being big fans of new and interesting music.
As you may already know, the music industry is in complete turmoil. Major record labels are refusing to change their business models with the changing times. This is creating a lot of problems between big business and big music acts, leaving the up-and-coming, independent artists, and fans of all music left out in the cold. Jamphetamines.com is not the solution to problems within the industry, but we wanted to give indie artists and music fans a platform to share and discover who's who and what's the latest in new music.
The days of being accidentally discovered in a night club, or getting your music into the right hands are getting slimmer by the day. It's now up to the artist to promote themselves and operate their musical enterprise like it's a business. That is, of course, if you would like to perform your music for a living. You do not have to be a serious musician to post your works here, though. We want everyone to enjoy using the site, so please take advatantage of what we have to offer.
